“After purchasing, rehabbing, & renting my first investment property at the age of 19, I knew I wanted to pursue a real estate investment career.
After purchasing subsequent investment properties over the next few years including houses, duplexes, apartment buildings, office & retail buildings, I then set my sites on development and ground up construction.
This led to building private lending relationships to allow for more fluid funding for my projects. In both the investment & development world, I needed fast & consistent funding that focused on the asset and not countless rigid underwriting requirements, which delayed and in many cases, killed the project.
As an active developer, builder, and lender, I understand what is required to evaluate a project to not only get the necessary funding, but to do it in a way that provides for optimal underwriting for the current deal, and long term positioning to grow and scale your business.

Dana brings a unique combination of mortgage expertise, business education, and a genuine passion for building lasting relationships. With a Master’s degree in Business, extensive experience originating, processing, and closing loans, and years spent on rehabs, development projects, and commercial and residential builds alongside her husband, she understands the construction process and the challenges builders, investors, and developers face.
Throughout her career, she has built success on developing strong, lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and a genuine commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
